The Expert Advisors are automated support tools, not decision-making instruments and not a guarantee of profit. They can be affected by technical failures, changing market conditions, broker conditions and their own settings. Backtest or historical results shown on this website cannot predict future performance. You remain responsible for selecting, configuring, installing and supervising the software.

To the extent permitted by law, TLFX accepts no liability for trading losses, broker conduct, software malfunctions, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Expert Advisors or this website. Claims for damages are excluded unless they are based on willful misconduct or gross negligence, or on the breach of an essential contractual obligation. Liability for injury to life, body or health and under mandatory statutory provisions remains unaffected.
